For your convenience and to assist you with the application process, we have provided a secure, electronic version of the rental application.

1. You may fill out the application online and print it.
2. You may print the blank application and fill it out by hand.
3. After completion, fax or bring the completed application to the rental office.

• $40 application fee per person over the age of 18 years old. (USA & Int'l)
• $40 application fee per person over the age of 18 years old. (Canada)
• $50 application fee for all Corporate applications.

• $225 standard Secuity Deposit (waived OAC or may be additional deposits)

• $225 cleaning fee for all One Bedroom/One Bath
• $250 cleaning fee for all Two Bedroom/One Bath
• $250 cleaning fee for all Two Bedroom/Two Bath
• $300 cleaning fee for all Town Homes

To Apply:

We require the application fee(s), and $225 to hold the apartment. All Move-In Money must be in the form of Personal Check, Money Order or Cashiers Check. If mailing the application, it must be Notarized in order to process. Along with the credit check, applicants must also undergo a criminal background check before move-in.
