Please see below a few updates for the community.

Service Center Entrance –

The replacement of the service center entry way will be taking longer than anticipated. During the repairs the service center will be the normal hours Monday to Sunday 9 am to 6 pm. Please enter to use any of the facilities or to pick up a package through the pool gates.

Breakfast on the Go-

Always in a hurry and no time to eat breakfast???? Did you know they say it’s the most important meal of the day? We would like to show you some of our appreciation. On Tuesday, May 24th from 7:00 am to 9:00 am we will be at the front of each side of the community at Reno and at Tropicana. We will be passing out a brown bag breakfast to you on your way in or out of the community. Please stop by and pick up some goodies even if you are not on your way to work. Each bag with also have a chance to win some money off your June’s rent. We hope this will help get your day started and it’s just another way for us to say thank you.

Resident Referrals-

There is still time left. If you are looking to earn some extra cash refer a friend, co-worker or family member to Renaissance Villas. The month of May our resident referral is $400….. so don’t delay, stop by today!

Summer Fun

All the pools and spas are open now, except pool 5 near building 14 in phase two. Pool #4 the one behind the service center is currently 24 hours. The pool behind the office is open from 9 am to 6pm and the other two pools are open 8 am to 10 pm. Please remember there is no lifeguard on duty. Please follow all of the pool rules.

Welcome Our Newest Employee

Please stop by and welcome are newest team member Karen. Karen has been in property managment for a little over two years. She has worked in retail sales before coming into property management. Karen was born in Hong Kong, then moved to Hawaii, and then relocated to Las Vegas 20 years ago, and continues to make Las Vegas her home. She is eager to learn and help all of our residents. Please stop by and say hi.

Near the park on Phase II—off of Reno
Bunny arrives at 9:00 a.m. to visit and for photo opportunities and the egg hunt begins promptly at 9:30 a.m.

Please bring your own camera to take photos and
your own basket to fill with candy and toys! We will also have a camera available to snap photos of everyone. Be sure to check out event photos on facebook.com/renaissancevillas

The egg hunt is open to children 1st grade & under

Come find the GOLDEN EGG and receive a special basket full of goodies! We will also have a basket worth over $150 for the adults. We will give out one ticket per apartment.
